You must be at least 21 years old to book a room, stay on property, enter the casino floor, consume alcohol, or use any service offered by Neon Palace Casino Hotel. Valid government-issued photo ID is required and may be checked at any time.
3. Reservations & payment
- A valid credit card is required to hold any room, suite or event booking.
- Standard rooms may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival; package and event rates follow the cancellation terms shown at booking.
- Rates are quoted per room, per night, and exclude applicable resort fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.
- No-shows may be charged the full first night's rate.
4. Casino floor conduct
- All gaming on our casino floor is subject to state gaming commission rules and posted table/game rules.
- Neon Palace Casino Hotel reserves the right to refuse service, ask a guest to leave, or exclude a guest from the casino floor for conduct that violates house rules or gaming law.
- Players Club points and comps are non-transferable and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of suspected fraud or rule violation.
5. Hotel policies
- Check-in is from 3pm; check-out is by 11am. Early/late requests are subject to availability.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated casino floor areas; a cleaning fee applies for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
- Guests are responsible for damage to rooms or property beyond normal wear.
- Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
6. Website use
Content on neonpalace.online — including text, photography, graphics and the Neon Palace name and marks — is the property of Neon Palace Casino Hotel and may not be reproduced without written permission. Booking functionality is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Liability
Neon Palace Casino Hotel is not liable for losses incurred through gaming, which are inherent to games of chance, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this URL with its last-updated date.
